What is the standard warranty for my product?

  • Your product is guaranteed a standard 1 Year Warranty, with 2 Years Extension when you register online within 30 days of your purchase.
  • You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if failure of acceptable quality
  • Defects due to faulty material and workmanship for 1 year and 3 years with a qualified online registration.

What will void my warranty?

  • Part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse
  • Reparations or self-reassembly that are not authorized 
  • Any damage that is caused by regular wear/use

Warranty eligibility

  • To be qualified for 3 Year Warranty, you need to register the product within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Find serial number on white sticker bottom of the product or white sticker inside the battery compartment (remove batteries if in place)
  • You can register the product at beiterlaser.com under Service & Warranty

How do i make claims?

  • Bring product along with proof of purchase and any evidence that may be relevant
  • Take to Beiter Laser's place of purchase
  • Return and claim must be made during specified warranty period from the date of purchase

what is the longevity of my product?

Power/Battery Longevity:

  • Li-on battery: average 5 years
  • AA batteries: standard batteries bought at stores range 5-15 hours
  • Charger: use laser as long as it is attached to wall

how do i charge my product?

  • NOT IN USE: Use mini USB cable from the DC charger until light turns on green (indicating fully charged)
  • IN USE: Connect both DC cable of AC adapter to connect on right side of laser level

how do i use the laser with a receiver?

Note: ALL BART, BRUNO, BRODY series are compatible with Beiter Receivers.

Other universal and other manufactured receivers are not guaranteed to be compatible.

  2. When red light is visible you can start to use the receiver

what are laser safety classifications?

  • All Beiter Linear Laser: Class 2
